JamDoc: The Punisher

When Frank Castle's family is murdered by criminals, he wages war on crime as a vigilante assassin. If society won't punish the guilty, he will!

My homage to Marvel's much-loved vigilante murderer - who goes to prove that a lot of guns can be a super power.

Far more stylised then what I usually do - trying to ape something between Pixar and UA proportions, employed with a perky colour palette. A little different to what's expected of the character, which made the juxtaposition a lot more fun to work on.

So, hope you guys like what I came up with this week - and I look forward to seeing what everybody else comes up with.

March's Marvel Match-up!

This week's challenge for the Art Jam Guys (should they choose to accept it) is to take on the colourful cast of super heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe!

With such iconic characters to choose from, from the Spectacular Spider-man, the Uncanny X-men, and earth's mightiest heroes - the Avengers! this challenge is the perfect opportunity for the Art Jam Guys to stretch those drawing muscles in this first week.

So, let the casual art match-up of century commence!
